Answer Bol customer questions via Respondo.ai

Steps to answer Bol.com customer questions

Step 1: Enable CRM mode in your merchant account

  1. Log in to your Bol.com seller account.
  2. Go to the live chat at the bottom right of your screen.
  3. Say 'speak to employee' to chatbot Billie.
  4. Wait until you are connected to a partner specialist.
  5. Ask the specialist to 'switch on CRM mode'.
  6. All your customer questions are now forwarded to your email address, from where you can answer them.

Step 2: Create a Respondo.ai Bol.com channel

  1. Go to Settings > Channels > Email in Respondo.ai.
  2. Click on the '+' to create a new channel.
  3. Name the channel 'Bol.com', select the team and click on 'create channel'.

  1. You have now created a channel. Under the name of the channel you will find an email address such as 'xxxx@respondomail.com'. Copy this address.

Step 3: Forward customer questions to your Bol.com channel

  1. Log in to your Bol.com seller account. Go to Settings > Account > Email addresses.
  2. Change your contact email address to the xxx@respondomail.com account.
  3. Click 'confirm' and wait for the verification code. Do not close this window until you have entered the code.
  4. Enter the verification code from your mailbox, and voila, you're ready to use Respondo.ai!
