Outlook Setup Guide
Do you want to use your existing Outlook account with Respondo.ai? Then read on!
Preparation
Before you start, make sure you have created a new channel within the dashboard where you want to receive the redirected emails. You will receive a xxx@respondomail.com address that you need to use as a redirecting address.
In the top right, click the gear icon.
Under settings, click Mail and select Forwarding.
Toggle Enable forwarding and enter the email address you copied from your Respondo.ai Channel
Finally, click Save.
That's it 🥳
You are now ready to receive emails in Respondo.ai.
